Happy April! I can't believe how fast this year is flying by. With summer quickly approaching, I am so excited to announce my Spring Refresh! Many of us start out the year with clear goals and motivation, but as the days get longer and our schedules busier, we get a little off track.

Spring Refresh is a four week program starting Monday April 9th. The program includes:
- 4 week meal plan
- 45 minute individual consultation with Blakely
- Weekly grocery lists
- Weekly encouragement & troubleshooting
- Optional community group to share ideas and accountability

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks
10+ quick and simple recipes
Specific grocery lists for each week
Options for eating out & in a hurry
ZERO restriction or calorie counting
Individual Consultation
One-on-one meeting with Blakely to discuss your specific goals
Tailor areas of the plan to you
Weekly check-ins and encouragement

Optional Community Group Private Facebook group for ideas & accountability
